What is Aidans Army?  
Aidans Army is a worldwide decentralized and grassroots movement on social media about positive connection with others. Aidans Army has grown to be a supportive and kind community to one another and importantly also to those who are not in Aidans Army. Members stand strong and non-violently for their beliefs and each other. No cyberbullying. Please focus on authenticity, positivity and respect for others. We need to be united and strong to make the world a better place.  

How can I join Aidans Army? 
You can join by simply participating in the conversation on social media. 
Some cities have multiple Aidans Army groups.  
Many of my fans have met their best friends through Aidans Army and they lived in the same city!   

Who administers Aidans Army? 
No one group owns Aidans Army. No one is in charge of Aidans Army. Not even me.  
It's actually not about me at all. It's about you!  
I don't follow or monitor the groups.  

What does it cost to join Aidans Army? 
It is free. 

Do Aidans Army members need to join my mailing list? 
No. There are people on the mailing list who are in Aidans Army and people who are not. 

Do I need to join Patreon to be in Aidans Army? 
No.  Aidans Army is a worldwide movement of millions of fans independent of me. Most of Aidans Army have not joined my Patreon. 

I want to join Patreon but can't afford it.  
It is not necessary to join my Patreon. I regularly post content on all my social media channels, but if you would like more options, they are available on Patreon at different price levels. Patreon offers another platform for fans to connect. Patreon allows me the opportunity to create more content and provide it in a way I cannot do on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube alone.  

How old do I need to be in order to join Aidans Patreon? Why is there an age limit? This seems unfair. 
Most social media platforms including Patreon require you to be 13 years old. These are rules established by the platforms, not me. 

Perhaps the most FAQ: Are you coming to Mexico on tour? 
I hope there will be a time when we can safely do a tour. When that happens, Mexico is on my list of places!  

What happened to the Blog on this website?  
It has been discontinued.

What happened to the mailing list feature? 
The only purpose for the mailing list is to reach fans in advance of the tour. 
With touring on hold for the foreseeable future due to the Covid19 Pandemic, the team has decided to remove the mailing list sign-up feature from the website. 

I missed the window to sign up for mailing list and want to be on it. Can you add me? 
When I am able to tour again, the mailing list feature will most likely be added back to the website at that time and you can sign up at that time. 

What does it cost to join the mailing list?  
It has always been and will always be free when it is brought back. 

Why should I join the mailing list?  
Members on the mailing list will receive occasional emails from me, primarily regarding upcoming tour announcements. Sadly, the tour is on hold due to the Covid 19 pandemic. When the mailing list is brought back, you should sign up with your geographic location so when I do tour, your city and state is considered by the music team in picking the concert locations. 
  

IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR THE MAILING LIST ALREADY 

Why is or was there an email that comes back to me asking me to confirm my subscription after I signed up?   
For legal purposes you must click the black SUBSCRIPTION button in order for us to collect your information. If you do not click the button you will not be subscribed. 

I clicked the button and nothing else happened. How do I know that for sure I am subscribed?  
Our system does not send a second email. Please be assured that once you click the black button you definitely are on the mailing list, I promise.  

I no longer want to be on the mailing list. 
Just click the "Unsubscribe" button on the bottom of the email you got, and your information will be automatically removed. 

How is the information on the mailing list used? 
This is my private mailing list to help me find you when I tour. It is not shared with anyone else. 

How often will I get an email? 
I rarely send an email, but if do go on tour I want to let you know. Also if anything really important is going on that requires a special email, I might send you an email! 

Is the email address that comes back to me from the mailing list sign-up Aidan's personal email?

Why does the mailing list ask me for my geographic location?  
My team checks where my fans live to determine where my tour or meet and greets will take place. If there are enough fans in a specific location, I'm more likely to go there.  If you want me to play a concert or attend a convention or event  in your city or state, please be sure to enter that info. If I'm coming to your city, you'll get an early "save the date" from me and probably more information.  If you don't list your location, you would not receive that email.

HOW CAN I REACH AIDAN?

No. This is an administrative unmonitored email that has been set up to run the mailing list. The policy is that personal emails are not forwarded to me and are discarded. 

How can I get an email or fan letter sent to Aidan? 
Right now there is not a direct way to send me fan mail. Instagram, Facebook and Twitter have become so big that every day I receive thousands of messages and DMs. I try to respond to a few, but there are a lot. That is why I have set up a Patreon account where fans can interact with me in a more personal way, if it's right for them. Level 3 offers small Discord chat rooms I can visit. Can I Zoom with Aidan? 
I am going to be offering a way to participate in Zoom calls with me on Patreon level 3 so check that out.
